Air and Nitrox diving run together with no problem, both are easily pumped on board.

On board nitrox and trimix courses are proving popular, the theory is completed between the diving and does not interfere with the trip. Trimix is also available at set times, if you have an interest in this type of diving then contact John.

All the famous Scapa Flow sites are available with the calm water and virtually guaranteed diving a big attraction. With good visibility and wrecks galore in depths of 10 - 45m it is the best wreck diving in Europe. However the range of diving is up to you, custom trips are available if you want to do some research and dive in the northern waters of Scotland. Loads of wrecks on the East Coast of Scotland that are as yet un dived. Fair isle, and Shetland to explore.

Guided dives in Scapa Flow now provided, all by experienced local divers

scapa flow, diving, scuba

We are also well aware that the non-tech community are looking for new sites and recently we were involved in the discovery of a new wreck site in 14m of water in the north isles of Orkney, . We have on our immediate list another two un dived wrecks , one in less than 20m and the other, a large "unknown" wreck in 60m I am personally very keen on this one! Coming up are trips to the Shetlands, one to dive the site of the "Oceanic" near Foula (she is a sister ship to the Titanic) and the other to the other side of Shetland on some sites near Lerwick, these are all air/nitrox and are suitable for all types of diver. A great alternative to Scapa Flow.

Staying on board means having the freedom of movement to stay at different ports around Scapa Flow each evening, it also gives us the opportunity to travel to less dived areas like the Stack etc that is 35 miles to the west of the islands, at least one wreck lies here.
